Position Summary The Production Generalist assists various areas throughout manufacturing to ensure projects are completed in an efficient manner.
Specific Responsibilities Provide assistance to multiple work centers throughout the production facility, including screen printing, paint, and assembly Tape and prepare materials to be painted Clean and reclaim screens to prepare materials for screen printing Track parts throughout production and help assemble finished products Inspect work for accuracy Take inventory of completed products Assist with other projects or responsibilities, as assigned, to help fill-in where help is needed Position Requirements At least a high school education and 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read a ruler and other operating materials Capable of taking instruction from skilled workers with knowledge of the process, then completing assignments with minimal supervision Show a desire to make themselves helpful throughout production Can work within tight timelines when needed Must exhibit a professional demeanor, a safety-conscious attitude, strong work ethic, and have an excellent attendance record.
Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing setting.
