Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Production Coordinator / Analyst.
This role assurances efficient Production Team processes from preconstruction through construction close-out, documentation, and completion:
deliver expected value to our clients, reinforce team building, professionalism, increase profitability, retention of contracts and growth.
Help facilitate the efforts of the construction Production staff from the award of the contract to the project close out, take initiative to maintain the momentum of the organizational requirements and exercise discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities include:
Set up of new training for certifications as well as renewal of expiring Develop Construction Division Processes, Technologies & Toolkit and work regularly to improve upon and bring efficiencies that impact bottom line results and job satisfaction.
Assist Production Team Leaders (PTLs) with analysis of winning bid.
Assist with planning and execution of Handoff to Production Meetings for all awarded projects.
Track contract status and properly file.
Create new jobs in system, send proposals to production.
Audit Time Reporting, train crew leaders of policies, processes & tools.
Develop a Construction Division facing Asset Modules to support the day-to-day planning & analysis of all projects.
Work with Division Team to help develop and implement the Aspire software.
Work with VPC & PTLs to develop and maintain standard Production Division KPI Reporting to analyze proper allocations of Labor, Materials, Equipment & Subcontractors Support Construction Division's Training Program, as needed.
Supports the VP of Construction and Regional Production Manager in their daily endeavors.
Supports the VPC in preparation of content & presentation for Monthly PM & Production Team Meetings Highly successful Coordinator /Analyst candidates possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent and innovative technology skills including expert Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Visio.
Interest and experience in emerging technology tools is highly desired.
Proficiency in construction or landscape management software strongly preferred, ideally with experience in Aspire.
Efficient job completion process Good communication and team-building skills Good organization skills Knowledge of the construction process and personnel in the field Dependable, enthusiastic and poised Recent and relevant contract administration experience.
Desire to be the best in the industry and to further advance the landscape profession.
